This is one of the most strong ab-performance ever presented. The protagonist is our kickboxer Little Wolf (155 lbs.). She jumps from a high table and lands heavily onto Fakir Ab. The impact is terrific and clearly audible. You will see fourteen haevy jumps from the table and other fourteen little jumps (totally twenty-eight times!): after each big landing, Little Wolf rejumps on him to reach again the table.
