Nicolle steps all over Mark under her boots trampling his stomach & chest she bounces up & down on him & crushes him, Mark then flips over & Nicolle briefly tramples his back & then she tramples his head, Nicole decides to inflict a bit more pain & then stands full square on with her boot heel on his head a few times, that hard heel crushes his head & really hurts his head.
