When she was younger, Marika was one of the most talented prospects in the sport of boxing, but for some time she has stopped doing professional matches (she has chosen different paths, even if boxing is always in her mind). For the fakir, today, there’s a triple challenge: Marika 1) sits, 2) kneels and 3) stands on the entire abdominal region of the fakir (low abs, stomach, solar plexus) two minutes for each new position she takes up. 94174 - Trampling Jumping Gym Session

Alessia spends a lot of time in doing gym workouts, weights, cycling: «Fitness» is the word she prefers! After two years of hard training, she starts being fulfilled with the results she reached: now Alessia has a remarkable physical form but, in some ways, she feels inadequate again. For example, posture and poise aren’t her strong suit! Knowing that she needs to enhance her balance, Alessia asked us to do activities and video performances that could build her sense of balance. Well... we think that the best way to improve one’s balance confidence in just a few short weeks is standing on a fakir’s belly in several different ways, especially when fakir’s abs (as in this case!) are flaccid and unable to guarantee a stable surface on which to stand. The whole training program will include: belly standing in 1) sneakers, 2) socks, 3) barefeet and 4) tiptoes; a lot of stomach jumps (one foot and double foot) and finally abs trampling with weights (Alessia simply adores weigh training!). For every exercise she has to count to 20, but since Alessia is a very bad girl - she enjoys giving pain and see the poor fakir suffering under her feet! - she often pretends to make mistakes, so that she can prolong «his» agony and «her» fun… what a naughty girl!
