I'm usually not a fan of step aerobic - but with a human training mat it's quite a lot of fun! This weakling has to lay still on the ground as I step, stand or stomp on his body again and again. It doesn't take long until his whole stomach and chest is covered in imprints of my running shoes' tread - but this was barely the warm up! He's clearly in pain and suffers a lot, but we'll keep going - I really don't care if I break him - I'll simply replace him with a more durable training mat when he's broken! After a while, I order him to turn around and I continue to trample his back and also his hands - I want his whole body to be bruised when I'm done with him!
